Being Gluten-Free with BFree Breads Products
Like many of you, I'm trying to live a healthier lifestyle. One way I do this is by making easy healthy adjustments with what my family eats. A few swaps here and there can make a big difference. For example with bread.
We love bread! And can eat bread everyday! However, there's a few breads eating changes we needed to make to have a healthier lifestyle.

A few years ago we switched to whole wheat and whole grain bread with no problems. Now I've started thinking about going gluten-free. So when BFree Breads reached out and offered to send a few of their bread products for me to try, I was interested and agreed.
I figured I could test out being gluten-free in one or two ways. Then my BFree Breads package arrived and I was amazed at all the gluten-free bread options I could enjoy.
So I dived right in! That morning I enjoyed BFree Stone Baked Pita Bread with my sausage, eggs and potatoes for breakfast. It so was so yummy! The gluten-free pita bread didn't really taste any different then what I had before.
Then later that week I added the BFree Soft White Rolls to our plate with pasta and turkey meatballs for dinner. I was surprised how filling the rolls were when used to soak up the pasta sauce.
Now that I knew how gluten-free BFree Breads products can easily be switched with other bread products, I plan on trying out ALL the rest of what we received.
Ironically while I was mainly trying to be gluten-free, I also received other healthy benefits from BFree Breads loaves, rolls, wraps, pitas and bagels since they are also free from wheat, dairy, eggs, nut and soy. That means Vegans can also enjoy them.
Trying to be more gluten-free just got a lot easier and tastier!
