Selfcare. We all know we need too do it, but have very little time. And when we can sneak time, we focus on certain areas for TLC. But what about our feet?

This was the thought as I watched my sister going about her day. My sister does all she can for her family, which includes three to seven kids (her four kids plus my other two nephews) and a husband.
