Recently Disney Interactive Studios held a "Disney Universe Gaming" event, where they took me through the video game and the different gaming systems. I learned that the gaming experience is the same across all platforms from Xbox to Wii to Playstation so everyone can enjoy playing.

Attendees also learned that Disney Universe works really well as cooperative game, so both experience and young gamers can play without a fight breaking out. LOL

But maybe some of you still haven't played the game yet because it just "to cute". Maybe your not interested in being a good guy? Want to try and be a villain? No problem!

During the event I learned about the latest "Disney Villains Costume Pack" release!


The "Disney Villains Costume Pack" is the first downloadable content available for Disney Universe on the Xbox LIVE online entertainment network and the PlayStation Network.

Players can suit up in five brand new costumes inspired by Disney's most infamous villains including Cruella de Vil (101 Dalmatians), Hades (Hercules), Maleficent (Sleeping Beauty), The Evil Queen (Snow White & The Seven Dwarfs) and Ursula (The Little Mermaid).

Individual costumes for the upcoming "Disney Villains Costume Pack" are available for download for 99 cents on PlayStation Network or for 80 Microsoft Points on Xbox LIVE, and the complete package is available for $2.99 on PlayStation Network or for 240 Microsoft Points on Xbox LIVE.
