Fun Activities at CARS 3: Road to the Races Tour NYC
The CARS 3: Road to the Races nationwide tour made a pit stop at Atlas Park in Queens. Of course we had to be there to enjoy all the fun the tour came with. And get our photo with Lightning McQueen! KaChow!
Once we arrived at the tour, the first thing we did was meet the Disney•Pixar’s “CARS 3” life-size, character look-alikes.
We met five-time Piston-Cup champion Lightning McQueen, tech-savvy Cruz Ramirez and the sleek next-gen racer Jackson Storm. While my son clearly has his favorite, I confess we both were also excited to see and learn a bit about the new CARS 3 characters.
After meeting the celebrity CARS 3 crew, it was time to enjoy the other fun activities happening in tour.
We signed out name at the Alamo Rent A Car street art booth.
We did some arts and crafts cut outs to make our own CARS 3 characters
At the Coppertone booth my son learn how the pit crew do tire-changes. He used a real tool to change and replace a "car" tire. He was so proud.
Our last booth stop was at the Mattel booth where my son got to race cars and check out the latest CARS 3 toys and play sets.

We ended the tour by seeing a sneak peek of CARS 3 in the Cinetransformer Mobile Movie Theater. It was a real truck made into a movie theater! That it self was impressive. Then add in that we saw an exclusive clip from the movie and woah!
